![]() ![]() Hwayoung easily topping the picks for PvP because who doesnt like a 1shot button. That flex option has a lot of contenders. Tama and Landy covers a lot of grounds themselves with SSB coming in summer. But if you can afford to wait, the third pick can be a favorite option. Only reason you go for Cerise is because Guiding Light. She had hers a few minths back so you're looking at another 8 months or so before you see Landy getting featured again. Her rerun banners can never really be timed. For example, you might have Luna already and not Diene, but if you don't have Draco Plate on your account then Luna is probably still a better pick. ![]() You probably already know what you need, but if you have all the must have limited units and such, it would probably be best to look more at what artifacts come bundled with specific units rather than looking at the units themselves. Top considerations in descending order of priority imo include: Krau (a GW/Arena king and useful for fire expo), SSB (useful in multiple hunts/expos, and generally viable in PvP), Roana (makes hell raid way easier if you haven't got that going a great GW unit and situationally useful in RTA), Charlotte (great for PvE content like automaton tower, and generally viable in PvP), Violet (make your arena/GW defs more annoying at lower levels), and Politis (more PvP focused, but she remains a very potent anti-cleave option). Third pick is more of a flex slot depending on what you have and what your immediate goals are. Landy is probably the best generalist unit that's great in PvE and decent to great in PvP. If you don't care about PvE as much and already have Tama, then skip Iseria and pick two from the last pick list below. If you already have Tama and don't have Iseria, consider Iseria here instead since the synergy between the two is enormous. If you’re looking ahead to venturing until the endgame, make sure to consult this list as you go. It lends players the agency to build their party upon various strategies. This is indicative of Epic 7’s wonderful game balance. B and C-Tiers have gained a large number of heroes, making it fairly easy to put together a team that can at least stand a fighting chance. ![]() This is especially true after the early 2021 set of patches. You’ll notice that there are only a few heroes in S-tier, but a lot of them are spread in tiers A through C. Drop these heroes immediately because they’ll peak early on. It’s not even worth using these heroes in battle unless it’s just the start of the game. Swap these out as soon as you get better ones. These aren’t the worst in the game - but they are pretty close. With their subpar stat growths and lackluster combat abilities, these heroes fall behind in terms of viability. Use them only if you have a specific party combination with them in mind, or if you like their skills. These are average heroes that won’t blow anyone away in any facet of the game. Keep these heroes around because some of them have very niche uses depending on your party composition. You can still reach the endgame with a full party of B-tiers, but it will be significantly harder. These heroes are still good, but as complementary units. They have comparable stat growths to S-tier heroes, and their skills are also effective in battle. Heroes that make up most of the game’s current meta. ![]() Investing in these heroes as soon as you get them is a sure way to dominate battles later in the game. They have excellent stat growths that make them useful at any point in the game. These are powerful heroes that almost always dictate the way you build your battle party. ![]()
